Official Dress
Just like any team, FFA members also have a uniform! Each FFA member will NEED to have official dress because you will use it! Looking professional is very important in representing not just your chapter, but also your state, country, and your passion for agriculture. So, be proud of that blue corduroy! ;)

If I am a female, am I allowed to wear dress pants?
You are BUT it looks much more professional if you wear a skirt. And don't even think about considering yoga pants or leggings as pants! Not a thing.
Does my skirt have to be knee length?
Now I know God doesn't give specific "what to wear and what not to wear" in the Bible, but he does tell us to be modest. Having a skirt that is knee length shows professionalism and maturity and I want each of you to present yourselves in that way! If it's too short or too tight, you will get called out on it! Accountablity is a great gift ;)
Can I wear black tights instead of hose?
You could, but again, not as professional.
Where do I get one of those good looking courdory blue jackets?
Measurements will need to be taken by your adviser before the ordering process can begin. The best thing that you can do is try on someone else's to see how you fit. Remember, you do grow a lot during high school so take that into account when you are ordering!
Can I wear my boots?
As much as we all love wearing boots, our boots are not a a part of professional dress. Sorry!
Can I wear my FFA jacket just for fun?
I know they are awesome but no.
Where are the best places to find white button down shirts and black slacks/skirts?
ffa.org does have these available if you would like to purchase them that way. JCPenny's, Kohl's, Dillards, Walmart and even ShopKo all have these pieces available.
How much are FFA jackets?
FFA Jackets are $55 or $75 if you want/need them specifically tailored. We do have a few at school that you can get at a discount as well! Checks can be made out to Western Christian FFA.
